Pleasantview Town Hall - WIP

Rather than just wait 'til it's done - Here is my work in progress Town Hall. I'm doing a little bit every few days. It's on the corner of Main Street and Woodland Drive.

I didn't create the building - Starr did from Apple Valley as a part of the N99 August Goodies 2014 event. It's a beautiful building, well laid out, but just a little too modern for my vision of PV2. I'm only changing the external view, because it doesn't matter how modern it is inside. People are always modernising their interiors :)
