Employment in Pleasantview V2

Today there are lists. There are two main drivers for community/career lots for PV2
1. Lots needed for the residents (e.g. shops, bars, etc)
2. Lots needed for the jobs (e.g. Schools, Hospitals, etc)

Some of these fall under both 1 and 2. At the moment I'm only considering EA careers. In a later post I will consider Custom careers (mostly from Pru).
